Project Manager - Education Fair Gaudeamus Brno 2022

Within the framework of a service contract, the French Institute in Prague is looking for a candidate from October 10th to November 4th 2022 to:
 
I) Supporting the organisation and running of the Campus France booth (French national agency for the promotion of French higher education abroad) at the Gaudeamus Fair in Brno (November 1st-4th 2022)

In particular: 
1.    Informing students during the fair from 1st to 4th November 2022
2.    Presenting studies in France in Czech during the Gaudeamus fair
3.    Helping to organize presentations and meetings in Czech schools/universities for the participating French higher education institutions

II) Supporting Campus France actions: presentations and fairs to promote studies in France

1.    Presentations on studies in France (high schools, universities, international fairs)
2.    Communication (feeding the websites and social networks of Campus France and France Alumni in FR/CZ or EN/CZ)

III) Supporting the actions of the scientific and university cooperation department

1.    Translations (EN/CZ and/or FR/CZ)
2.    Support for the organisation of events

 
Constraints and prerequisites:

- Major part of the work in Prague with travel in the Czech Republic (expenses covered)
- Workload per week dependent on activity schedule (full time during the week of October 31 to November 4)
- Native level in Czech, B2 minimum in French of English
- Experience of mobility in France is an advantage
 
Conditions: 

Service contract
Flat rate of CZK 25,000 for 100 hours spread over 4 weeks.
