Siamés: My Way
2024, 3 min., Jesica Bianchi
This narrative music video with elements of fantasy was made for the catchy song ‘My Way’ by the Argentinian electro pop-rock band Siamés. Regina makes her way to the ritual of initiation into magic. Makeup, glitter and a blood pact define a new attitude in Regina, who is now ready for anything.

Deluge
2024, 12 min., Meejin Hong
Deluge is an ever-evolving landscape (drawn on only 24 pieces of paper) where the present inevitably coexists with the past. Memories are formed, reshaped and obliterated, competing relentlessly for space. Control is surrendered and mistakes and second chances are embraced. It is the slow stampede of a vulnerable mind.

Hurikán
2024, 13 min., Jan Saska
The film’s protagonist, enchanted by a barmaid from a beer stall under Žižkov Tower, embarks on an odyssey full of twists, danger and peculiar characters inspired by the legendary Prague neighbourhood. On his quest to get the mesmerising Bára a new beer barrel, he will be forced to weigh the two deepest human emotions against each other. Will he be able to quench his real thirst? A film about love and beer.

A Night at the Rest Area
2024, 11 min., Saki Muramoto
At midnight, a long-distance bus stops at a service area so the passengers can have a break which is strictly defined, as things tend to be in Japan. The film portrays a seemingly banal situation, or rather a sequence of scenes, with an unusual charm, sense of gentle humour and an excellent atmosphere enhanced by various well-observed details.

Laibach: Moral Support
2024, 4 min., Vuk Jevremovic
This music video is about the fight between communists (striking miners) and Yugoslav nationalists in Trbovlje in 1924. At that time, Slovenia was part of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia and dozens of people died in the struggle. The music video evokes the echoes of the first decades of the 20th century through artistic movements.

Stone of Destiny
2025, 10 min., Julie Černá
Building on her experience with music, Julie Černá, creator of several music videos, adapts the touching story of the Stone of Destiny she introduced in her comic book trilogy (winner of the Muriel Award for Best Student Comic Book). This musical about an anthropomorphised stone that represents each and every one of us will melt even the hardest of hearts.

Gina Kamentsky’s Pinocchio in 70mm
2024, 3 min., Gina Kamentsky
Pinocchio felt a longing deep within him. Someday, he would become a real girl and live a life beyond the confines of make-believe. Animating directly on film stock, the renowned American experimenter updates and strongly condenses the famous story.

Bunnyhood
2024, 9 min., Mansi Maheshwari
This visually wild tragicomedy with exuberant animation captures an abrupt change of the relationship between a mother and her daughter. Bobby had always trusted her mother fully, but only until the moment when she decided to lie to Bobby in order to protect her from something that then happened anyway. This film is an excellent probe into the fragile relationship between parents and their children and still manages to keep a detached perspective and use original humour.

La Voix des Sirènes / The Voice of the Sirens
2024, 19 min., Gianluigi Toccafondo
Renowned Italian director Gianluigi Toccafondo’s award-winning 20-minute opus takes us deep under the surface of the sea where mermaids are born in corals and seaweed. This uniquely stylised and animated film will mesmerise audiences and draw them into a fantastic world filled with predators where the voices of the Sirens reshape everything around them. Nevertheless, it’s still possible to abandon one’s predetermined role and live one’s own life.
