About the French Institute of Prague (IFP):
Since 1920, the IFP has played a vital role in promoting French language and culture in the Czech Republic. With a diverse range of activities ranging from French courses to exhibitions, conferences, and film screenings, the IFP attracts a wide audience. In addition to its spaces dedicated to culture, the IFP also offers commercial and conference services.
The French Institute of Prague in a few figures:
- 2000 students/year for French courses for children and adults
- 600 events/year organized in the IFP or off-site: exhibitions at Gallery 35, conferences, and events
- 16,000 admissions to Kino 35 in the year 2023 for a 203-seat auditorium
- 26,000 followers on social networks and 9.3 million annual visits to the website
Also, commercial offices occupy the 4th floor, and a conference room with a capacity of 80 people is operational on the 5th floor, with numerous catering service opportunities.

As a manager, you will have the opportunity to create synergy with IFP's cultural events by organizing cocktails and offering catering services.

We are looking for active and creative candidates. Your application should include:
Information about your company, including its name, legal status, and activities. Also, details about your team, with a particular focus on the experience of the operations manager and head chef.
A detailed presentation of your project, highlighting the services you will offer. A proposed menu, with particular attention to product quality and pricing strategy.
Your concept of ambiance/decoration, including the name of the establishment, decor, use of the terrace, and style of hospitality.
Ideas for integrating Café 35mm into IFP's cultural life, including special offers and themed events.
Your five-year business plan, including equipment and operating costs.
Tender timeline:

Review of applications and interviews: May 3rd to 10th
Final decision: week of May 20th
Start of operations: July 1st (possibility of postponement for renovations)
